A busy mum of twins, she was living with pain, low confidence, and the weight of feeling like she’d “lost herself.” Her days were full, her energy was low, and training felt like something other people managed — not something she could see herself doing consistently. The physical strain and the emotional load had pushed her into a dark place, and she knew something had to change.
She decided to take it one small step at a time.
No pressure, no perfection, just showing up when she could. And slowly, those small steps added up. Before she even realised it, she was coming every week — consistently, confidently, and with a sense of pride she didn’t expect.
“Me… of all people,” she said.
But that’s exactly why her journey matters.
Since joining CTPT, Galina has gained strength, confidence, and a sense of identity she feared she’d lost.
Her pain has improved, her mood has lifted, and she’s surrounded by a community that celebrates every win — big and small. Training became her space: a place where she could focus on herself, feel supported, and rebuild the parts of her life she’d put on hold.
“Strength, Self-Belief, Small Steps.”
“I took it one step at a time. And before I knew it, I was coming every week — me of all people. I was in pain, I’d lost my body, and I felt depressed. CTPT gave me strength, support and a place that feels like mine. If you think you’re too busy, too tired, or too far gone… you’re not. If I can do it, anyone can.”
