Exercise had become something she associated with restriction rather than enjoyment, and she worried that environments wouldn’t feel inclusive or that she wouldn’t fit in. That all changed when she found CTPT.
From her very first session, she felt comfortable, welcomed, and supported — and that feeling has never gone away. Over two years later, she hasn’t had a single session where she hasn’t laughed. The sessions are exactly how she describes them: fun, but challenging in the best way. For the first time, she actually looks forward to training — and loves the feeling she gets afterwards.
What started as a goal to lose weight has turned into something much bigger.
Since joining CTPT, she’s completely changed her life.
She’s now not only fitter and stronger, but happier and more fulfilled. She can run — something she never thought possible before — and the impact has gone far beyond physical changes. She shows up as a better mum, a better wife, and a better version of herself every day.
Despite a busy job, she fits her sessions in with ease and never feels like just another client. The coaches genuinely care, and that’s made all the difference. For the first time, she’s learned to prioritise herself — without guilt.
She describes herself as living proof that if you think it’s not for you… you’re probably wrong.
“Fun. Supportive. Life-changing.”
“I had such a bad relationship with training before — always in and out, never sticking to anything, and honestly not enjoying it. I was worried I wouldn’t feel comfortable or that it wouldn’t be for me, but from day one I felt so welcomed. I’ve been here over two years now and I’ve never had a session where I haven’t laughed. The sessions are fun but hard, and I love the feeling afterwards.
I originally came to lose weight, but it’s changed so much more than that. I’m happier, I’m fitter, I can run (which I never could before), and I’m a better mum, wife, and person because of it. Even with a busy job, I make it work — and the coaches genuinely care. I’ve finally started putting myself first.
If you think it’s not for you… you’re probably wrong.”
