At 48, he knew he wanted to stay in shape as he got older, but he’d never really been a “gym person.” Training on his own never appealed to him. In his words — it was boring. What stood out about CTPT wasn’t just the training, but how it fit into his life. The flexibility, the structure, and the fact it worked around his day-to-day, not against it, made it something he could actually stick to.
Since joining, it’s been a completely different experience.
He’s found a group of people who encourage him, push him, and help pull him out of the ruts we all fall into from time to time. The coaches meet him where he’s at, adapting sessions to him, not the other way round. And the environment — friendly, supportive, and built on camaraderie — has made training something he genuinely looks forward to.
But the biggest changes have been outside of the gym.
He’s sleeping better.
He feels less stressed.
More relaxed.
And physically, he says he feels the best he has in 20 years.
“Camaraderie. Encouragement. Consistency.”
“I’d never really been a gym person and training on my own just wasn’t for me. It was boring. I joined CTPT to get fitter for my motorbike racing and to stay in shape as I get older. What I’ve found is so much more than that. The people, the encouragement, the flexibility — it just works around real life. The coaches meet you where you’re at and the environment keeps you coming back. I’m sleeping better, I’m less stressed, and I genuinely feel the best I have in 20 years.”
