Aeron  joined CTPT last October with one simple goal — to get her confidence back. After moving to Canterbury, not knowing many people, and feeling stuck in an unmotivated cycle of runs and failed gym routines, she wanted something different.

She’d tried it all — F45, commercial gyms, swimming, cycling — but nothing ever stuck. CTPT changed that.

Since joining, she’s built strength, lost weight (and kept it off), and found a sense of routine she never had before. The biggest win? Confidence. In herself, in the gym, and in knowing that she’s capable of so much more. With a supportive community and coaching that genuinely cares, Aeron has finally found a place where she belongs.
