Ash joined CTPT at a point where training had completely slipped away from him.


Running a busy pub, long hours, late nights, poor diet and too much drinking had become the norm. Every morning felt the same — tired, achy, unmotivated and frustrated with himself. He wanted change, but didn’t know where to start, and the idea of walking back into a gym alone didn’t spark anything in him.

One day he walked into CTPT “just to have a look”… and before he even realised, he’d signed up.

He started training four times a week, building strength, improving his habits and waking up with more energy than he’d felt in a long time.
