His work as a chartered surveyor meant long days, lots of travel, and hours spent in airport terminals — far less glamorous than it sounds. With an unpredictable schedule and limited time, finding the motivation and structure to train on his own had become increasingly difficult. He wanted to feel better, get stronger, and build a routine he could actually keep up with… but doing it alone wasn’t working.
From the moment he arrived at CTPT, the experience felt different.
A friendly crowd. Coaches who knew his name. A place where he could walk in and feel welcomed, not invisible. The sessions were structured, the coaching was personalised, and for the first time, he didn’t have to think about what to do — he just needed to turn up and give his best.
Outside the sessions, Jerome quickly discovered the community he’d been missing: run clubs, socials, events, Christmas parties, DJs — things that made the gym feel like something he wanted to be part of, not something he had to force himself to attend.
Since joining, Jerome’s progress has been clear.
He feels fitter, stronger, more motivated, and far more consistent with his training. Without the mental load of planning workouts or second-guessing himself, training has shifted from a chore to something enjoyable and meaningful. CTPT has become an environment where he can show up, feel supported, and genuinely improve.
“Structure, Support, Simplicity.”
“Before CTPT I struggled with finding the time and enthusiasm to train. The difference now is huge. I turn up and I’m welcomed straight away. The sessions are planned for me, the coaches know what I need, and the community is brilliant — socials, run clubs, all sorts. I don’t want the mental load of planning everything myself, and here I don’t have to. I just turn up, give my all, and it’s all laid out for me. If that sounds like what you need, give it a go.”
