She’d always valued individual coaching and didn’t want to feel like just another number in a busy class. Her biggest concern was simple: would the support still be there? Would the coaching still feel personal? She wanted progress, but not at the expense of quality or enjoyment.
Since joining CTPT, those worries disappeared quickly.
The coaching stayed individual. The support stayed high. And the progress kept coming.
Nicola couldn’t run a few hundred metres when she started. Now she runs 5Ks comfortably. She’s achieved unassisted pull-ups, lifted weights she never imagined possible, and has completed two fitness competitions. But the biggest transformation hasn’t just been physical — it’s been her mindset. Training no longer feels like punishment or something she has to force herself to do. It’s her hobby. Part of her identity. Something she genuinely looks forward to each week.
“Coaching, Consistency, Enjoyment.”
“I was worried that moving from 1-2-1 PT into small group training would mean less attention to detail. But that couldn’t have been further from the truth. The coaching still feels personal, I’m constantly supported, and I’ve made progress I never thought I would — from running 5Ks to doing pull-ups and competing in fitness events. The biggest change though? I actually enjoy training now. It’s something I look forward to, not something I dread. If you’re worried about losing that personal touch, you don’t have to.”
