Our 6 week challenge could well be what you are looking for. With 18 sessions tailored to your needs our 6 week plan will help you build up your confidence in the gym and get into a training rhythm to make you feel fitter, stronger and healthier again.

how does it Work?

Regardless of your experience or ability in the gym, we will make our training work for you. With our small group personal training classes we are able to first of all create flexible and adaptable sessions which suit all members at each of our sessions.

Secondly, we always ensure we have enough coaches to give every person expert coaching & support so they feel supported and guided throughout every movement and challenge we may set.

Renovated in August 2023, our gym is designed and set up to have everything you need. A flexible facility with all the right equipment and cardio machines our gym allows our coaches to deliver hybrid sessions and also keep your training varied.

Perfectly suited for our small group personal training model, our facility enables us to provide detailed 1 to 1 coaching whilst allow for multiple people to train in the same space.
